Under a circular economy approach we can transform the thousands of tons of field and plant waste generated by the agroindustrial exportindustry in Peru. Waste from avocado, mango, grapes, artichokes, peppers, asparagus, pineapples, blueberries, coffee, cocoa, beans, etc.
An alternative is the use of waste as a source of energy such as methane gas and biochar, starch, alcohol, oil, biodegradable packaging. We have the volumes to make the projects profitable, and the technology exists.
